Affordable Housing Solutions

We are excited that you’re looking to partner with us or submit a referral to us. We provide low income housing solutions for the underserved, marginalized and homeless community. We are currently taking submissions for Adult Independent Living Facilities that are fully furnished that serve this population.

Each submission will be reviewed using eligibility criteria for the Independent Living  Facilities. Our Blue Encore Intake Coordinator will review every submission for completion, which includes a prescreening protocol. Sometimes we require additional information before we can begin the process.  We encourage and welcome health care and personal care providers to send clients our way that need our service. 

CAN YOU TELL MORE ABOUT THE HOUSING YOU PROVIDE? 

First and foremost the environments allows the residents to create a care plan which provides empowerment to stay independent or for those populations that require a low cost place to stay. Keep in mind that prices vary depending on things like geographical location, some beds are low as $500 per month or paid for by grants. We will discuss options on how to pay for housing if they are homeless.

No matter how residents want to spend their days, independent living provides the chance to redefine what it means to be independent while enjoying an active lifestyle and pursuing a path to the next journey. We do our best to house like residents.

Within our partnered independent living communities, they bring people together to cultivate a sense of connection, community and friendship. The shared living homes are clean & fully furnished plus ready for occupancy based on availability. 

WHAT IS THE TURN-AROUND TIME TO APPROVE A SUBMISSION REQUEST? [SUBMIT A REFERRAL HERE]

After we have received your referral, it may take up to 72 hours for us to review the application and to determine whether we can proceed with the enrollment. After we have received your referral, it may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to process but we will contact you quickly to assess the immediate needs; You or the clients may call us to get an update from our Blue Encore Intake Coordinator.

We are committed to housing select populations and the more information we know about your program, we can match you with our potential residents based on pre-screened criteria. We may have some potential residents ready now on our waiting list or for immediate placement.

✓ Sometimes we do not have immediate access placement. We work diligently to place people fast as possible

✓ We are NOT an “emergency shelter” and we do not enroll clients on the “same day” of inquiry

✓We service individuals whose who are independent, who can cook their own meals, clean up and can maintain any medicine management they have in place
